Voting will be held at Holiday Party.

• RR will sponsor Wilderness First Aid course for instructors. The cap for sponsorship is $1500. This is a three-year certification. This class will be offered through the Sierra club and will be in the first of April.
• RR will try to get CPR class offered for free cost again this spring.
• Pool session will be held at Blaisdall YMCA or Alington High School. Session will start Dec 1^st. The costs will be the same as last year.
• There will be ACA reimbursement for instructors that taught at Canoe U.
• Was mentioned that at the instructor meeting time set aside for skill improvement at the pool sessions should be discussed.

• $2000 was approved for skill improvement for instructors this spring. Current plan is to bring in Chad or Joe Hitchins from Liquid Skills to update people with new teaching style not fully adopted by the ACA yet. Thanks for setting this up Bob.
• June 15^th will be the Certification weekend for Instructors with swiftwater looking for their whitewater certification. Randy will be the ITE.

The communication committee will meet Thursday 17^th at Marks house. The will be discussing the Push(List Serve) and Pull(Threaded Discussion) models to be tested for communication.

Holiday Party – Todd will be sending out e-mail and snail mail announcements. Dec 14^th is reserved Date. Izaak Walton meeting Center will be the location again this year. Hopefully
