Holiday Party will be held on December 14^th, 2002.

Location to be decided, will hopefully be a pub. Mark is working on location.

Alan F. will bring snacks.

Forum is currently up and running on the website.

Mark and Chad will be contacting Rhinelanders club website to help with updates.

ByLaws: Current incorporation proposal on website. Will be handed out at holiday party.

Boat Usage: No updates from committee. When the committee meets could you discuss storage.

Communication Committee: The forum is up and running.

It was voted on to get a 19’’ TV/VCR if under $200 for use at Canoe U, Holiday party, Boat Show and expos. This will be used in addition with the 15’’ TV/VCR.

At the Kayak instructors meeting there were new options thrown around for instruction due to the new large amount of kayak instructors. Discussion was focused on New vs. Old school teaching.

At the Canoe instructors meeting it was discussed to have a womens class, tandem class, solo class, advanced solo and we could use some more canoe instructors.

Basic policy/guidelines/By-laws Committee-this committee’s goal is to write a document that will provide guidance to the above subjects so that club matters are conducted efficiently and activities are safe/covered.
