Rapids Riders Meeting

Canoe U

• Discussed giving a gift to each instructor (possibly a first aide kit)
• Discussed buying/seeking donations for a door prize drawing for safety boater
• Discussed considering raising prices next year
• Chad will reserve a campground for graduation weekend
• Jeff is taking care of insurance
• Melissa will look into t-shirts
• Chad reserved the pool from 6-9 p.m. for orientation (meeting 5-7; pool 7-9)
• Club ACA number is 96047
• Instructors may need this number to complete paperwork

Budget

• We need the treasurer the provide a spreadsheet of our budget at each meeting
• We have approximately $5000 in the account
• Consider raising the price of Canoe U for next year
• Chad will talk to Allan about getting his name on the account also
